The merger comes as Datatel celebrates the company’s twentieth anniversary. As part of the merger, Datatel will now operate as Clarus Communications and be part of the Telecom Decision Makers (TDM) family of brands. The merger also provides Clarus with a larger presence throughout California and many western states.
Datatel Solutions has been at the leading edge of business technology and telecommunications in the Sacramento, California area for two decades. Their team of professionals, including Jeff Ponts, bring over 20 years of technology and telecom consulting, sales, and account management experience. The merger also brings hundreds of new agents to the Clarus Communications distributorship.
